Contesti funerari indigeni di età arcaica nel Vallo di Diano: dati a confronto

Maria Luisa Tardugno

Abstract

The Vallo di Diano serves as a priceless vantage point for the native communities of Lucania. Here, we will share
the findings of a study focused on examining funerary contexts from the 7th to the 5th centuries BC, associated with
the three primary settlements - Atena Lucana, Sala Consilina and Padula. This research has yielded compelling data
that contribute to a more precise classification of material culture and ceramic productions, as well as a more specific
interpretation of the cultural profile.
