SVMMARIVM – Disputatur de Homerica voce ‘estasan’ brevi littera ‘alpha’ scripta, quae, a
Ionico sermone ducta, exemplum Homericae artificiosae linguae videtur.

ABSTRACT – The article discusses the Homeric verb ‘estasan’, with short ‘alpha’. Authenticity
of the verb is claimed in opposition to the trend of most of the ecdotic choises; ‘estasan’, as
ionism, fits well within Homeric Kunstsprache.
