Apollodoro e Ferecrate
Abstract
Ath. 7. 305f-306b, Ath. 11. 485d, and schol. M Eur. Hec. 467 suggest that
Apollodorus of Athens used the comic poet Pherecrates as a source for detecting ancient
customs and rituals; furthermore, they can illuminate the research method of the
Athenian scholar. Given this, a new fragment of Apollodorus can be possibly traced
in Ath. 7. 287a.
