Abstract

RIASSUNTO
L’autore intende dimostrare che il sistema giuridico romano e la raffinatezza dei percorsi concettuali ereditati
da tale diritto possono essere utilizzati sia come poderosi strumenti di critica nei confronti del diritto contemporaneo
e sia come mezzi di rinnovamento e miglioramento delle società attuali.

ABSTRACT
The author intends to demonstrate that the Roman legal system and the refinement of the conceptual paths
inherited from this law can be used both as powerful tools of criticism of contemporary law and as means of renewal
and improvement of current societies.
