Abstract


The Italian-American Joseph Tusiani, neo-Latin poet ‘between two worlds’, dialogues in
verse with his Gargano, transfigured in all the richness of its emotional meanings: the Latin
language of his Classics serves as a conduit for his most intimate and pure sensibility.
