Due nuove matrici del ceramista puteolano N. Naevius Hilarus

Gianluca Soricelli

Abstract

This paper examines two moulds and three sherds of terra sigillata chalices from the
Puteolan workshop of N. Naevius Hilarus. The hypothesis is put forward that they come
from the excavations conducted by Giuseppe Di Criscio in Pozzuoli in the 1870s.
