che ci fornisce importanti notizie sull’attività giudiziaria in materia civile, penale, amministrativa, disciplinare e militare di questo
periodo.

The full understanding of the Roman trial in the age of Trajan can only occur through the filter of Pliny’s correspondence, which
provides us with important informations on the judicial activity in civil, criminal, administrative, disciplinary and military matters of this period.
